what the hell is raclette?

WARNING:

CHEESE IN PROGRESS.

SMELLY Cheese.

BIGGER FLAVOUR.

Raclette is a rich, semi-hard mountain cheese originally from Switzerland, famous for one very important thing:

melting into absolute oblivion.

Traditionally, the cheese is heated under a specialised raclette melter until the surface bubbles, blisters, and turns molten, before being scraped directly over food while still lava-hot.

Which is exactly why we fell in love with it.

At STACKA, raclette isn’t just an ingredient. It’s theatre. The smell hits first. Then comes the melt. Then the scrape.

Then suddenly your sandwich has become a full life event.

We use a dedicated raclette melting machine that slowly heats the cheese wheel until it reaches peak gooey chaos.

Once ready, it’s scraped directly over our stacked sangas, meats, potatoes, and hero builds right in front of you.

It’s rich. It’s indulgent. It’s slightly aggressive.

And yes, you can absolutely smell it from the street.

Good. That means it’s working.
