WE.

ARE.

BACK.

HACKED. STACKED. HIJACKED.

Melbourne’s New Sanga Problem Has Arrived.

Melbourne’s cult food operator behind Drumplings is officially back, and this time the dumplings have been replaced with towering raclette melts, outrageous European-style sandwiches, and full-blown laneway sandwich chaos.

Introducing STACKA.
A bold new sandwich concept landing in Melbourne CBD with one mission: make lunch exciting again.

Located at 124 Little Bourke Street, STACKA blends premium European sandwich culture with Melbourne street energy, serving a tightly curated menu of oversized “stacked” sangas, hot raclette pours, premium coffee, and limited hero builds designed for social media obsession.

Built by the team behind the much-loved Drumplings, STACKA marks a new chapter after COVID forced the closure of the original restaurant that became a cult favourite among Melburnians.

“We didn’t want to come back quietly,” says founder Deon St.Mōr.

“STACKA is loud, messy, indulgent, and built for a city that’s ready to feel energy again. We’re not trying to make polite sandwiches. We’re building food people talk about.”
